Waratah Properties, having already contracted Atelier do Sul Communication Design to rebrand and to develop the look and feel of their estate business, invited them again to do the same for their new sister business – Waratah Luxury Villa Rentals, catering to discerning international clients. Waratah required the full range of creative, production, and implementation services, from creation and project branding to website design with an integrated booking system, billboards, and vehicle liveries.
Palmares, is, without doubt, one of the most stunning residential golf resorts in the Algarve. It offers peace and tranquillity with an awe-inspiring coastal view. Since being acquired by Kronos Homes in 2019 , along with the creative talent of the 2017 Pritzker Prize award-winning architects – RCR Architects, Atelier do Sul Communication Design was commissioned to create the sign project for the whole resort and many of their regular ongoing marketing needs, from printed material to their impactful on-site hoardings, as well as other communication design requirements.
